• a description of the scope and purpose of the project to take account of the client's requirements

Based on the team's investigations use project management software to produce a project plan for your work in the controlled assignment.

Your project plan should cover all aspects of the controlled assignment and clearly identify the stages of development of the individual components of the spreadsheet model.
