Team Work

You will work with other students to investigate Megan’s needs and consider ways in which the system can be produced. You should research into similar businesses to consider the types of services and facilities that Megan would be able to charge for as she develops the campsite further.

As a team, you will need to hold a series of meetings to:

• decide how to carry out this investigation
• analyse your findings
• consider possible designs for the system.

Remember that it is important to organise meetings carefully and keep accurate minutes. You will be able to take these minutes into the controlled environment to help you with your work.

Megan has requested that you draw up an individual project proposal and project plan detailing your team's findings in terms of client requirements and possible solutions.
